The weekend of September 10th is freshman orientation weekend at Harvard and so all the hotels in Harvard Square will be full to capacity and offer no discounts. The bride and groom have blocked a number of rooms at the neighboring Hotel@MIT, one T-stop away in Cental Square, and hope that guests will book rooms as soon as possible to guarantee accomodations for a reasonable price.

The best way to make a reservation is to email: reservations@hotelatmit.com and say that you would like to book a room in the Beaumont/Wilfrid block. You can also call the main number at 1-617-577-0200.
